“We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink……

Cosy and perfect for two people, it has great access to the south of Cornwall but also serves as a good base to go and explore the rest of Cornwall if you're willing to drive. Space was nice and quiet and you'll be able to properly switch off. Just be aware that the road down to the property is a little narrow so don't be speeding your way through that country lane!”

It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads”

“Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula.……

“The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property……

“Delightful cabin stay. Easy booking. Clear communication including a very detailed instruction given our late check-in (nice additional touch leaving a lamp on in the cabin to help our arrival). Excellent fit and finish throughout including the separate toilet and shower block. Convenient Spar opposite and a lovely walk to Par beach via the local coffee shop. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on check-out who was also lovely. Highly recommended”
